• Excellent interpersonal skills.·      

• Good written and verbal communication.·     

• Fundamental knowledge of Computer·     

• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure

• Ability to work shifting duty

·         Maintain accurate inventory of cameras, lenses, tripods, lighting and other production equipment.

·         Record check-in/check-out of equipment issued to crew members or departments.

·         Conduct regular physical counts to reconcile inventory records.

·         Issue cameras and accessories to production teams based on approved requests.

·         Ensure all issued equipment is properly logged with user details and return deadlines.

·         Collect equipment after use, inspecting for damages or missing items.

·         Perform routine checks to ensure equipment is in working condition.

·         Clean, store and handle cameras and accessories as per standard guidelines.

·         Report faulty or damaged items to senior executives/technical team for repair or replacement.

·         Maintain detailed logs of equipment usage, damages and repair history.

·         Prepare daily/weekly reports on equipment status and availability.

·         Update the digital database or asset management system regularly.
