Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in Call Center / Customer Care will be considered an advantage.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Must be smart, well-presented, and possess clear and professional pronunciation



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously.

  • Provide accurate information about services, packages, and appointments.

  • Record customer queries, complaints, and feedback, and forward them to the concerned department.

  • Maintain call logs and update the database regularly.

  • Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-up calls.

  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets set by the management.

  • Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional tone at all times.

  • Ensure confidentiality of patient/ client information.
