Adaptability, Business Operation, Direct Sales, retail Sales
Job Context:
∎ This is a direct sales & Business operational job and applicant must have target reaching attitude.
∎ Selected candidate need to stay district head quarter/Dhaka.
∎ Extensive travel required.
∎ Six Months to be considered as probation period and on confirmation leave, bonus other facilities are applicable only.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To operate business & sales activities
∎ To manage our retail/corporate by Visiting retail/Corporate Offices
∎ To create & execute the needed end to end sales/marketing strategies.
∎ Have to follow orders & execute accordingly.
∎ Must manage the relationship with our existing/future clients.
∎ To provide necessary support to the end user/corporate/retail in need.
∎ To create & nurture potential clients pipeline.
∎ To develop or manage marketing/sales automation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience Certificate and NOC is Mandatory
∎ Experienced Electrical Item selling like Switch & Socket, LED Circuit Breaker, Water Pump etc
∎ This is a complete direct sales job. The candidate need to work outside Dhaka.
∎ Product need to handle Switch & Socket , Circuit Breaker, LED Light, DB Box, Inverter Etc.
∎ Target achieving and goal oriented
∎ Smart and good communication capacity with moderate computer operation knowledge
∎ Fresher are discouraged to apply.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable for Deserving Candidates.Taka 10000.00+Taka 120.00 (TA) + Taka 80.00(DA) Per working Day + Mobile Bill Taka 300.00 +Incentive + Target Achieving Bonus.This job depends on the sales you can provide. For example:If your Salary is 15,000 your first goal is to sell 10,000 Taka daily, or 2.5 lac per month. If you can sell 2.75 lac you will receive 2,000 bonus if you can sell 3 lac you will receive 5,000 bonus.The details of each rank we can discuss during the interview.
