Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities & collaborate with business function areas to fully understand and define system requirements.
∎ Evaluates current system capabilities to identify changes that need to be made and determine the impact on the business.
∎ Develop a digital Sales & Marketing plan for international markets in consultation with Company Director, execute the plan, and actively search for new approaches to increase digital Sales & Marketing reach.
∎ Candidate has experience in selling It software services and products + Lead Generation to Lead conversion.
∎ Business Goal Oriented, Ability to achieve Business Target Parameters consistently.
∎ Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
∎ Wiling to travel extensively in the field / allocated territory.
∎ Develop and achieve new businesses (clients) through direct sales channels.
∎ Play an important role in new business pitches and be responsible for the effective and smooth onboarding of new clients.
∎ Develop the relationship with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their requirements.
∎ Focus on unlocking potential avenues of business for the company in the related industry.
∎ Act as the key interface between the customer and the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Willingness to learn proactively
∎ Must-Have experience in Digital Marketing
∎ Possess strong analytical skills, good communication, and interpersonal skills
∎ Self-motivated, results orientated with targeted sales.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Experience in software-based sales background
∎ Proven experience in software sales
∎ Should be Strong command of both Bangla and English speaking and writing.
