Job Context:
∎ Heaven Tours and Resort Ltd. is the proud partner of Bashundhara Intercontinental Travel, Trade and Cultural Carnival 2022 which will be held on 7-9 April 2022 at International Convention City, Bashundhara (Dhaka), Bangladesh. We are looking for energetic, proactive, skilled, knowledgeable female team member to promote the carnival.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop brand strategy
∎ Promote event, tour package and other services
∎ Coordinate and conduct all physical meeting
∎ Conduct and host all virtual meeting with local and foreign delegates
∎ Communicate with local and foreign clients, partners and delegates
∎ Prepare the power point presentation
∎ Anchoring all meeting and event - Physically and Virtually
∎ Plan and execute of all communications, branding and promotion
∎ Maintain social media and website
∎ Create different types of content for social media, website, meeting script and promotion materials
∎ Supervising advertising in all media including social media and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
∎ Organize virtual and physical event such as product launches, exhibition, meeting, event, talk show, facebook live, zoom meeting, photo sessions etc
∎ Promote event and tour package other services via phone marketing, social media marketing
∎ Monitoring all section as assigned
∎ Any other project assigned by team leader
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Looking, Elegant, Smart, Presentable Personality
∎ Excellent Communication skills both in English and Bangla
∎ Sound knowledge in IT and Online related work
∎ Good Problem-Solving Skills
∎ Applicant Must Be Honest, Sincere, and Hardworking
∎ Should be a Self-starter and Proactive
∎ Sufficient Knowledge in Computer (MS Word, Excel, Email, Skype, Zoom, Social Media)
∎ Capable to work under pressure
