∎ Should have knowledge on Customer Trend Analysis, Market Research etc.
∎ 2-3 Years' proven work experience in the Core Brand Team in a reputed organization. Candidate from FMCG (Food industry) will get preference.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Good negotiation skill.
∎ Ability to think creatively and innovatively
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Should be energetic, proactive, result oriented and hard working.
∎ Strong analytical ability.
∎ High level of professional integrity.

∎ Preparing Marketing Plan and Execution;
∎ New Product Development;
∎ Managing budgets to support branding efforts;
∎ Overseeing social media accounts and ensure brand consistency.
∎ Job Role: Generating data, inputs and plans for brand management, executions of the same.
∎ Key deliverables:
∎ Analyzing data for trends, insights and information;
∎ Preparing Marketing Plan and Execution;
∎ New Product Development;
∎ Managing budgets to support branding efforts;
