Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and develop marketing strategies for the assigned brands.
∎ Create, direct and monitor product launch, packaging, ATL & BTL activities, and joint promotion & branding.
∎ Plan, prepare, execute and monitor the marketing budget.
∎ Conceptualize and initiate media campaigns through working with various agencies.
∎ Responsible for planning and delivering innovative content across media.
∎ Responsible for content creation, including design and copywriting for digital ads and related marketing collaterals.
∎ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.
∎ Manage the paint business by planning and executing online campaigns and promotions.
∎ Monitor competitor's activities, and current market performance and trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years

∎ A diligent person with prior knowledge of branding
∎ Strategic thinker with good commercial awareness.
∎ Strong communicator, adept at building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
∎ Experienced with using Agencies and supporting budget management.
