Responsibilities & Context:
- Overall sales and administrative supervision of the appointed outlet
- Ensure retail profitability and maintain retail security and hygiene
- Handling customers with the highest priority and providing satisfactory service
- Lead the sales team of the outlet with a professional approach to achieve sales targets
- From time-to-time reporting to the line manager/supervisor
- Maintain good communication with all key customers
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for planning and execution
- Align with specific Sales & Marketing objectives, overall strategies and action plan
- Always shown positive attitude and dedication for company instructions
