- Overall sales and administrative supervision of the appointed outlet .
- Ensure retail profitability and maintain retail security and hygiene.
- Handling customers with the highest priority and providing satisfactory service.
- Lead the sales team of the outlet with a professional approach to achieve sales targets.
- From time-to-time reporting to the line manager/supervisor.
- Maintain good communication with all key customers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for planning and execution;
- Align with specific Sales & Marketing objectives, overall strategies and action plan.
- Always shown positive attitude and dedication for company instructions
