Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist to review payroll management wages, OT, compensation & benefits, workers welfare expenses & other benefits;
∎ Ensure financial assurance (financial transactions) and ensure group's best interest;
∎ Assist to review own & rent a car fuel, servicing expenses;
∎ Assist to ensure the optimum utilization of inventories and other resources.
∎ Follow up that organization is complying with relevant policy, guidance notes, laws and regulations;
∎ Whether proper Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) are maintained in production of every unit and resource optimization.
∎ Maintain process loss analysis with standard.
∎ Maintain required database and prepare necessary reports.
