• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Graduate / Masters / MBA (Marketing) in any discipline.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Garments Accessories

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 2 to 5 years hard core marketing experiences in RMG/Packaging/Accessories especially Jacquard Elastic & Heat Seal Label and marketing industries.

• Must have good understanding of costing of Elastic & Label.

• Highly net-worked Candidates in RMG sector are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates having potentials to collaborate with local corporate entities may also apply.

• Computer literacy must be well-versed in online working.

• Experienced in Buyer nomination approval processing is added advantage.

• Having excellent communication skill & pleasant personality.

• Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.

Fabitex Industries Ltd. One of the flagship companies of Fabian Group an innovative and industrious group manufacturing various types of trims and accessories is looking for recruiting capable Executive/ Assistant Manager (Marketing) personnel.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning, analyzing and achieving route level marketing plan

• Prepare daily & weekly visit plan with customer.

• Submit every day outcome report to the reporting authority.

• Prepare monthly marketing plan, forecasting & determining sales strategies as per plan.

• Ensure marketing as per business plan.

• Ensure payment through Back to Back (B2B) L/C

• Develop and create new potential volume clients

• Correspondence & negotiation with the prospective clients.

• Follow up production & on time delivery.

• Follow up on time sales realization.

• Maintain required MIS (Management information system)
