Job Responsibilities:
∎ To collect prospective land information through different media and ensure feasibility with proper market survey.
∎ To communicate with the potential landowner and arrange meeting with the Management.
∎ To prepare the Deed of Agreement with the successful landowner.
∎ To remain engage with continuous market survey & modify to the Management time to time.
∎ To provide assistance to the superior when & where required.
∎ To provide assistance to the Head of Department when & where required.
∎ The incumbent make projections that assess potential profitability based on population growth, traffic patterns, local taxes and other factors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be hard working.
∎ Should be sound in basic Computer Application.
∎ Should be familiar regarding Land Law with different contemporary amendment of Government Regulation, like FAR.
