Responsibilities & Context:
US-Bangla Airlines, the leading private airline in the country, is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Executive with a background in Food Technology or Food Engineering to join its Airport Catering Operations team.
Monitor passenger load in the system and prepare the order sheet accordingly.
Oversee meal and ambient setup at the loading bay to ensure standards are met.
Ensure timely loading and offloading of passenger meals and amenities onto the aircraft galley and hand over all items to the inflight crew as per the dispatch sheet.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure the timely delivery of food items based on flight requirements.
Inspect and monitor the quantity, quality, and presentation of food items received from production.
Communicate with relevant departments to maintain and enhance the quality of in-flight catering services.
Gather feedback from flight crew and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure sufficient inventory is maintained across all units to meet operational requirements.
Prepare and submit various reports on periodical operations for review and analysis.
Maintain and update official documents as per organizational and operational needs.
