∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ • 3-5 years of relevant experience in agriculture, organic crops or seed management.
∎ • In-depth knowledge of organic agriculture, including pest management, crop rotation, and soil conservation.
∎
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Develop and implement models for organic crops and seed production.
∎ • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and guide them on organic farming practices.
∎ • Oversee crop management, including seed selection, soil health management and pest control.
∎ • Monitor crop progress, quality and yield to ensure the achievement of targets.
∎ • Ensure compliance with organic farming regulations and certifications.
∎ • Conduct regular field visits and provide on-site technical assistance to farmers.
∎ • Coordinate with the supply chain team for the timely collection and distribution of crops.
∎ • Maintain detailed records of field activities and farmer performance.
