Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer journey from entry to post-purchase follow-up.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Sales Management:
Develop sales for products and services.
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve their individual and collective goals.
Inventory Management:
Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock.
Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
Accounts Management:
Oversee the financial transactions, including sales, expenses,
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
