Customer Journey and Experience:

• Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer journey from entry to post-purchase follow-up.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Sales Management:

• Develop sales for products and services.

• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Team Leadership and Management:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve their individual and collective goals.

Inventory Management:

• Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock.

• Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.

Accounts Management:

• Oversee the financial transactions, including sales, expenses,
