Job Purpose

The Admin Executive (Male) will manage the day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and compliant work environment. He will be responsible for coordinating procurement, logistics, vendor management, and office support functions while maintaining high standards of discipline, organization, and cost control within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Operations

• Manage daily office operations including logistics, housekeeping, and office maintenance.

• Ensure all office utilities, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and functional.

• Supervise office assistants, security, and support staff to ensure workplace discipline and efficiency.

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Coordinate the purchase of office supplies, stationery, and administrative materials.

• Maintain vendor lists, collect quotations, and ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.

• Verify vendor bills, process payments, and ensure compliance with procurement procedures.

Logistics & Support

• Handle staff transport arrangements, courier services, and delivery logistics.

• Support internal events, meetings, and office activities with required administrative logistics.

• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of office assets and supplies.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain documentation related to licenses, rent agreements, service contracts, and administrative records.

• Assist in compliance with local regulations related to office operations and safety standards.

• Coordinate with relevant government bodies and service providers when required.

People & Process Support

• Work closely with HR and Finance teams to support employee services and administrative requests.

• Assist in implementing and monitoring office policies, discipline, and attendance.

• Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in administration, logistics, or facility management (corporate or retail environment preferred).

• Strong understanding of office operations, procurement, and vendor management.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills with a professional attitude.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

• Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain confidentiality.

• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
