Responsibilities & Context:
Review and verify inward remittances, dealer order including preparing, printing and posting invoices.(Both SP & MC).
Maintain daily deposit on excel spreadsheets. (Both SP & MC).
Receiving Payment requests for SPA and CS team.
Maintain provision for dealer related payment.
Enter and upload dealer payment request into system.
Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.
Receiving, checking And maintaining corporate receivables.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
Correspond with Section PIC`s and respond to inquiries.
