Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments through phone calls, emails, or other communication methods.
∎ Check the final accounts & prepare the final dues to the customer.
∎ Meet with clients once they visit the office and meet customer queries as per policies.
∎ Address customer inquiries related to delay charges, final dues, and payment terms.
∎ Coordinate with accounts, sales, customer service, and other relevant departments to resolve client’s payment issues.
∎ Work towards achieving and maintaining the target for dues collection.
∎ Implement solutions to address customer concerns/queries.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and collection efforts.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
