∎ Familiarity with ERP/Accounting software and MS Excel is a must.

∎ Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement to ensure accuracy and timely financial reporting.
∎ Check and verify all bills related to Head Office, Factory, and Suppliers, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
∎ Verify and validate field office expenses and bills in coordination with regional teams.
∎ Oversee and control the repair and maintenance of company vehicles, ensuring cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
∎ Monitor and implement budgetary control mechanisms for sales promotional expenses, ensuring alignment with approved financial limits.
∎ Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to obtain necessary clarifications, approvals, and ensure smooth financial processing.
∎ Assist in the preparation of balance sheet, income statement, and other financial statements as required.
∎ Maintain cash book, bank book, ledger, and various financial registers; prepare and verify vouchers and journal entries in accordance with accounting standards and company regulations.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
