Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Daily Fund status preparation
∎ Taking provision of accrued expenses
∎ To see Local Purchase & Purchase Verifications
∎ Checking & Verifying bills, vouchers, and other supporting documents
∎ Maintain & prepare all kinds of financial Book
∎ Maintain & prepare cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger, and different registers, and prepare Trail Balance
∎ Maintain fixed assets register and prepare schedule
∎ Receiving requisitions and IOUs and following the required process for processing
∎ Daily Fund status preparation
∎ Taking provision of accrued expenses
∎ To see Local Purchase & Purchase Verifications
∎ Checking & Verifying bills, vouchers, and other supporting documents
∎ Maintain & prepare all kinds of financial Book
∎ Maintain & prepare cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger, and different registers, and prepare Trail Balance
