Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect Bank Loan (funded & non funded) statement and check & confirm balance;
∎ Ensure Intercompany reconciliation and balance confirmation;
∎ Reconcile bank accounts and various kinds of ledger reconciliation;
∎ Prepare journal and maintain entry of all types of bank receivable, bank payable bill and others bank expenses book;
∎ Ensure all TDS and VAT bill receive and IOU adjustment;
∎ Ensure system entry for BEFTN, Fund Transfer Letter and RTGS;
∎ Ensure cheque related functions such as System Entry and Database;
∎ Communicate with Corporate Accounts for Bank, Intercompany & Interunit Function.
