∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain regular data entry in the Tally Software
∎ Maintain & prepare all kinds of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, vendor work order, general ledger & different register related to finance & accounts.
∎ Patty Cash maintains with a proper plan.
∎ Monitor payments to vendors for goods and services timely & maintain accounts receivable & payable.
∎ Fixed asset schedule.
∎ Ensure proper compliance with VAT Act & Rules and ensure deduction of Tax & Vat at source from the suppliers and service providers.
∎ Preparing cash incentive documents on remittance.
∎ Perform day-to-day operation-related tasks assigned by the operation team
∎ Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reports
∎ Coordinate & facilitate annual financial audit process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1+ years' experience in similar job
∎ Outstanding knowledge of MS Office & MS Excel
∎ Strong management skills
