Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ Ms Office/Software: Must possess exceptional computer skills and be highly proficient in Ms Excel, Ms Office
∎ Able to operate Tally or ERP software & Posting in software for all transactions.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain daily Cash Book, General Ledger, Party Ledger and others books of Accounts in software and written book.
∎ Billing, processing payments.
∎ Maintain accounts receivables and accounts payable with related analysis.
∎ Monitoring Cash Transaction & Cash Book.
∎ Candidate must check daily expenditures, vouchers, requisition and daily transactions.
∎ Entry all kinds of accounting adjustment, transactions in ERP/Tally Software.
∎ Prepare and maintain all the vouchers, requisition slips & bills.
∎ Reconcile the Bank Accounts daily basis.
∎ To prepare Monthly Budget/Cash Flow, Monthly Management Report (Operating Statement, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, MIS Report, Others Statement) as per requirement for Management.
∎ Preparation of payment schedule for monthly Salary & TA-DA to ensure disbursement to employee through cash/bank.
∎ To control Debtors/Creditors as per fund management & company policy.
∎ Maintain accounting documents and records
∎ Able to work any other tasks are assigned by the management.
