Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Accounting/Finance
∎ Skills Required: Financial Reporting, Microsoft Exel, Product Costing and budgeting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to estimate the daily fund requirement for plant operations by collaboration with different internal stakeholders.
∎ Execution of received fund disburse as per the disbursement plan and business priority
∎ Execute the vendors and suppliers are paid on time as per pre-determined and circulated payment schedule
∎ Time to time update the supervisor about fund status in different bank accounts, bank deposit, review bank statements and ensure periodic bank reconciliation is conducted with deposit and payment records
∎ Assist in annual corporate budgeting process by provide relevant plant related information
∎ Disburse employee salary & benefit and others approved bill.
∎ Verify all purchases and confirm all relevant ERP postings generated from the plant
∎ Check all local purchases in the plant including the proper scrutiny of all operational bills and vouchers
∎ Assist all incoming and outgoing transactions from the raw materials.
∎ Assist periodic physical stock taking of raw materials and finished goods, reconcile with the inventory records and report variance, if any
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
