∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA(CC) Complete
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proper checking of Salary, TA/DA, and Other allowances sheet and ensure accurate accounting entry in Tally Software.
∎ Preparation of all kinds of Bank advice and take necessary approval from Management.
∎ On-time recording all kinds of dealer commission, plumber commission, and adjustments as applicable.
∎ Preparation of Payment vouchers complying with the SOP.
∎ Proper checking of the transport and media bills and ensuring proper accounting as per SOP.
∎ Record / adjust the sales return/credit note to the respective party ledger after proper approval.
∎ Ensure periodic balance confirmation for AR and AP.
∎ Daily intercompany balance confirmation.
∎ Print out daily sales order from Tally and sent it to the concerned unit.
∎ Assist to prepare documents for tax purposes
∎ Creation of new party in Tally after proper checking and ensuring appropriate code.
∎ Keeping and maintaining files of the company bills and vouchers in a scientific way.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ MS Excel
∎ Good communication skill
