Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Financial statement preparation.
∎ Handle daily banking activities.
∎ Daily petty cash management.
∎ Deposit TDS & VDS challan to the bank.
∎ Preparation of cash requisition.
∎ Day to day posting to the cash ledger and prepare cash certificate daily.
∎ Adjust employees advance ledgers and IOU slip.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
∎ Should be well conversant with MS Office application (Especially in Excel).
∎ Payroll Management.
∎ Knowledge on Export and Import.
∎ Local supplier payment process.
