Job Context:
∎ SQ Group Of Companies produces all types of Electrical Wire & Cables, Transformers, Energy Saving Lights, Fan, Concrete & Wooden utility poles and also the leading importer of other electrical accessories. We are looking for young and energetic both "Executive - Accounts" and "Executive - Audit" who will be able to manage company`s overall accounting and audit activities efficiently and effectively, he must have to be and does have Leadership Skill, Organization Skill and Problem Solving skill along with Excellent communication skills, a sense of urgency, in depth knowledge in respective field which are extremely useful to succeed in this task.
∎ Required:-
∎ Executive - Accounts : 2
∎ Executive - Audit : 5
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to prepare & maintain accounts, cash and bank transaction, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement as per supervisors instruction.
∎ Able to look after daily operations of the Accounting dept including: Accounts payable/receivable, Cash receipts, General ledger, Payroll and utilities, Cash forecasting and Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax) etc.
∎ Check all transactions like receive voucher, payment voucher, Journal voucher maintaining by accounts software.
∎ Prepare quarterly / monthly / yearly management accounting report.
∎ Provide account/ financial information to superior.
∎ Check and verify all kind of bill, voucher for ensuring the accuracy of accounting
∎ Extensive fiend visit and tour required in Audit Officer Position.
∎ Documents the results of audit work in accordance of the audit department.
∎ Able Work on SAP Software to update on bank transaction, AIT/ VAT, Customer invoices, due aging, reconciliation, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Sound knowledge on Computer Application (MS office, Accounting software, SAP-ERP)
∎ Any other task given by Manager.
