Core Financial Responsibilities

• Daily Accounting Operations

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.

  • Oversee cash receipts, petty cash, and general ledger entries.

  • Prepare monthly salary and overtime sheets.

  • Ensure accurate bookkeeping of knitting and dyeing-related transactions.

• Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Prepare cash forecasts and monitor cash flow.

  • Conduct revenue and expenditure variance analysis.

  • Assist in preparing annual budgets for factory operations.

• Financial Reporting

  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Provide management with cost analysis reports specific to knitting and dyeing processes.

  • Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Factory-Specific Responsibilities

• Cost Control & Process Monitoring

  • Track production costs in knitting,

  • Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

  • Maintain financial records aligned with textile industry requirements.

• Compliance & Taxation

  • Handle VAT, tax, and other regulatory filings.

  • Liaise with auditors and tax consultants.

  • Ensure compliance with export-oriented garment industry regulations.

Skills & Competencies Needed

• Strong understanding of textile production processes (knitting, dyeing).

• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.

• Analytical skills for financial data interpretation.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
