CA(CC) Certificate Level qualified will be preferred from reputed CA firm.
Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
Giving entry/checking all kinds of vouchers like Journal voucher, Adjustment journals, Bank payment voucher, Bank receipts voucher, Bank to Bank transfer voucher, Bank to Cash receipts voucher related to Accounts, Finance, Payroll, Tax and VAT, etc. in SAP FICO module.
Completing month-end tasks (depreciation simulation, reconciling generated annexure & notes with financial statements, monthly provident fund and interest calculation for CPF audit.
Inventory Management (Providing HFO, Diesel, Lube Oil, Spare Parts & hardware material SAP MIRO postings, reconciling their balance in SAP MM module at month end with plant report, recording intercompany transfer of inventory in SAP, STO module).
Executing payroll-related tasks (processing of salary, final settlement, two festival bonuses, leave encashment, yearly performance bonus on SAP_HRM Module and manual process of car allowance, driver & trainee engineer salary). Preparing salary summary sheet according to cost centre, monthly salary advice, Opening of employees' salary account & Disbursement of both cash & bank salary.
Uploading bank and other finance related document in DMS software and preserving hardcopy accordingly.
