∎ Job Summary:
∎ mPower Social Enterprises Ltd is searching for qualified individuals to join our team in the positions of Executive, Accounts, and Admin. As an Accounts professional, the individual will be responsible for the accurate preparation and maintenance of financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing crucial financial insights to management. In the Admin role, the individual will oversee and train administrative staff, manage office logistics, and contribute to the development of efficient processes. Successful candidates will play a key role in supporting the organization`s financial health and administrative efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accounts:
∎ Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, tax calculation and bank reconciliations.
∎ Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, and present findings to management.
∎ Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
∎ Manage and process all invoices, purchase orders, and expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Ensure the implementation of policies and procedures related to financial and administrative tasks.
∎ Calculation of TDS and VAT and timely deposit of TAX & VAT challan to Government Treasury.
∎ Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders as required.
∎ Provide support to other departments as needed.
∎ Prepare periodic reports/presentations on accounts status, financial forecasting, revenue, project and organizational profitability for top management.
∎ Admin:
∎ Manage and train administrative staff and assure their smooth operation.
∎ Manage office operations and all logistics related issues.
∎ Manage and maintain all sorts of office inventory and assets register.
∎ Identifying gaps in existing admin processes and generating new ideas and implementation plans.
∎ Keeping records, finding discrepancies on a periodic basis and taking corrective actions. Raising flag to top management whenever necessary.
∎ Develop and implement new policies and procedures & strategies regarding procurement processes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 0-2 years of relevant working experience.
∎ Candidates having experience working in Tally ERP will be given preference.
∎ Smart, proactive, professional, hardworking and should have extra-ordinary interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be able to communicate precisely in Bangla and English, both written and orally, as to communicate with other employees, Management team, and in group presentations and meetings.
∎ Active listening skills.
∎ Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
∎ Well conversant in Microsoft office.
