Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, BBA, Marketing, Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of the monthly, quarterly and yearly expenditure statements and preparing salary & wages sheet
∎ Preparation of cash book, Ledger book, voucher and entry accounting record in the accounting software
∎ Ensure all bank reconciliation statement facilities (Loans, Guarantees and L/Cs) are prudently managed as well as clear knowledge of Tax & VAT
∎ Ensuring the payment procedure such as check the bill & process for approval
∎ Well documentation of all accounting and financial papers, documents of the company invoices are compliant with client requirements
∎ Need to handle any other work assigned by Top Management.
∎ Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (Marketing, Technical and Management),
∎ Communicate related client's authority, appointment fix up, drafting, replying the client's queries, product promotion activities etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to develop and drive a highly motivated team.
∎ Good presentation and communication skill.
∎ Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
∎ Good leadership, execution skill, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage
∎ Good communication skills in English
