Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cash withdraw from bank & Carrying cash to factory
∎ Cash disbursement as per approved bill
∎ Fixed Assets register Maintain
∎ Cash & Bank Reconciliation with Cash in hand & Tally ERP-9
∎ Emergency local purchase from factory with Admin personnel
∎ Party bill checking as per work order & Prepare payment advice
∎ Prepare journal voucher, Purchase Voucher, Contra Voucher, Receipt & Payment Voucher in Tally ERP-9
∎ Checking all Kinds of Bill ( Local bill, Toll, Police bit, labor tips & repairing expenses) & making payment voucher.(Daily)
∎ Physically checking quantity & quality of material which is received from supplier ( Bricks, Stone & Wooden template)
∎ Prepare Monthly Vehicle Cost Summary
∎ Prepare Monthly Production & Finished goods Delivery Reconciliation Statement
∎ To Make Daily down trip report as per Money Receipt
∎ To check all payment voucher which is made from cash department after disbursement & reconcile with tally.
∎ All kind of payment voucher, receivable voucher, journal voucher properly in file

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
