Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Position: Executive Accountant
∎ Job Description / Responsibility
∎ To ensure compliance with VAT, Tax laws in procurement of goods, services and works.
∎ To prepare and submit monthly VAT, Tax return, Annual and Withholding Tax Return.
∎ To prepare Monthly Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement.
∎ Preparation of Monthly Budget and conducting Variance Analysis.
∎ To check and ensure that Supplier's payments are accurate and all payments are properly authorized and timely made.
∎ Liaising with Audit Firms to ensure timely completion of Annual  and Monthly Audits.
∎ Liaising with Company Income Tax Lawyers regarding Corporate Tax matters.
