Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ M.B.A in Accounting or Finance from reputed university.
∎ MBA and B.B.A or equivalent - Minimum 3.25 out of 4.00 or equivalent result
∎ S.S.C - Minimum 4.5 out of 5.00 or equivalent result
∎ H.S.C - Minimum 4.5 out of 5.00 or equivalent result
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting Data Entry, Accounting Software, Audit, Finance/ Accounts, Financial Analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Cash & Bank book, General ledger book, Party ledger book, and other relevant registers.
∎ Cheque deposits to the bank and ensure payments from banks.
∎ Checking suppliers bills and pass for approval.
∎ Checking all bank transaction like interest, charges and commission etc.
∎ Data entry into accounting software and reconcile ledger accounts
∎ Knowledge in MS-Office & Experience in Accounting Software will get preference.
∎ Checking inventories at factory as and when required.
∎ Reconciliation of party wise monthly outstanding with collection statement.
∎ Reconciliation of bank balance at the end of the day with the help of supervisor.
∎ Review the papers & send to management for payment.
∎ Preparing cheque for party payment including communicate with parties for bill.
∎ Ensure safety and security of corporate documents and ensure confidentiality of information.
∎ Perform special assignment from supervisor.
∎ Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursement.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the reporting authority from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Have to visit in Factory weekly or as instruction by the management.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ Honest, dynamic, dedicated and responsible individuals are desired in the company.
