Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event.
∎ Work with team to produce marketing content, oversee the digital marketing, social media marketing etc.
∎ Liaise with vendors, participants, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
∎ Manage all pre-event planning, organizing guest speakers and delegate packs
∎ Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
∎ Maintain event budgets, make amendments and take approval accordingly
∎ Conduct, manage and coordinate different event sessions (physical/online), ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.
∎ Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.
∎ Conduct post-event assessment, Marketing & PR
∎ Submit findings, generate reports, and closure of events
∎ Any other responsibilities deemed applicable from the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good command of English & Basic Computer Skills (Specially on MS Office Suite)
∎ Very good communication skills, good content and email writing skills
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with team/management.
∎ In-depth knowledge of administration, event planning, coordination, and management.
∎ Reporting and quantitative analytical ability.
