Job Context:
∎ This is a permanent position for a person who is fully committed to streamlining and enhancing the business operations through the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to play a pivotal role in this transformative journey. This individual will be responsible for fostering strong stakeholder relationships, comprehensively assessing current processes, creating process diagrams, data analysis, logical thinking, training, and ensuring a seamless transition from the current ERP to the new ERP for the customer.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the ERP Implementation Specialist, you will be an integral part of our ERP project team. Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:
∎ 1. Stakeholder Engagement and Rapport Building:
∎ - Establish and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders across the organization.
∎ - Act as a liaison between end-users and the ERP project team to ensure clear communication and expectations.
∎ 2. Process Assessment and Documentation:
∎ - Thoroughly analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and create formal process diagrams.
∎ - Engage with process owners to gather insights and feedback to optimize processes.
∎ 3. Data Analysis and Validation:
∎ - Analyze historical data to validate the accuracy and efficiency of current processes.
∎ - Identify data discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
∎ 4. Logical Thinking and Problem Solving:
∎ - Apply logical thinking to identify potential bottlenecks and challenges in the ERP implementation process.
∎ - Develop comprehensive solutions to address issues and enhance system performance.
∎ 5. ERP Implementation Experience:
∎ - Bring a proven track record of successfully implementing ERP systems in multiple industries.
∎ - Utilize your expertise to drive efficient ERP implementation for customer.
∎ 6. Training and User Adoption:
∎ - Develop and deliver training programs to educate potential users on the new ERP system.
∎ - Ensure a smooth transition from the current ERP to the new ERP, minimizing disruption and maximizing efficiency.
∎ 7. Data Management and Cleansing:
∎ - Utilize advanced Excel skills to clean and prepare data for ingestion into the ERP system.
∎ - Ensure that all masters data, including employee details, items master, customer and supplier master data, are accurate and consistent.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Desirable to have implementation experience Oracle NetSuite, SAP HANA S/4 or Microsoft Navision.
