Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in IPE from reputed university. Student from Kuet/Ruet/Aust/Sust will get preference.
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments, Industrial & Production Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Increase productivity using industrial engineering method and tools.
∎ Apply Lean tools in sewing line
∎ Time study, capacity study and follow-up study of the running style & setting up line target and help to achieve.
∎ Line feeding as per OB with right manpower and attachment & find out bottleneck area and solve problem.
∎ Conduct skill assessment of new operators, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage.
∎ Continuously follow up bottlenecks report.
∎ Analyze non-productive time (NPT) & Save time to the operation and achieve maximum output.
∎ Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
∎ Study individual operator's performance and follow up unskilled operators.
∎ Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, machine broken report etc.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have knowledge on Microsoft Office Suit: Ms. Word, Ms Excel, Internet and email.
