Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
- Take ownership of NPI projects, collaborating with Arçelik R&D and quality teams to establish new standards and plans.
- Supervise the OSV process during NPI, providing CAPAR to suppliers and Arçelik OSV team.
- Monitor quality KPIs and report findings to Central Arçelik to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop quality plans for OQC, IPQC, IQC, FQC, and generate comprehensive reports.
- Conduct QC audits for various products and provide suggestions to production and process teams for improvement.
- Provide hardware and software calibration suggestions to suppliers during NPI.
- Monitor material and process faults, taking appropriate actions to reduce process faults and establish daily material fault reporting.
- Reduce total imbalance through proper claim and SQE processes.
- Establish and enforce standards at every stage of production and QC process, ensuring adherence to SOPs in assembly and QC areas.
- Monitor device health, conduct checks, and ensure calibration when necessary.
- Ensure timely completion of day-to-day documentation tasks, reporting to the Factory Manager.
- Drive continuous improvement activities in quality, cycle times, process improvement, and machine availability.
- Implement KPIs, Kaizen, 5S, time management, motion study, and time study as needed.
- Ensure optimization of each process in the plant to enhance efficiency
- Establish and implement new test processes in the QMS when necessary.
- Demonstrate good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and its implementation areas.
