• Develop and execute daily production plans for our refrigerator plant, ensuring efficient operations and optimal use of resources.

• Prepare accurate monthly production forecasts to meet market demand and align with sales goals.

• Collaborate with senior management to create annual production projections and budgets, considering plant capacity and strategic growthImplement and manage MRP to support the upcoming production schedule, ensuring all necessary materials are available.

• Monitor daily demand and production targets, driving for successful achievement and identifying areas for improvement.

• Assess material availability and shortages daily, coordinating with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.

• Work closely with other departments (e.g., procurement, quality, logistics) to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production.

• Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary data and insights to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Assess the plant`s capacity and identify any bottlenecks. Ensure that resources (e.g., labor, machinery, equipment) are allocated efficiently to meet production goals.

• Monitor inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. Implement inventory control techniques to minimize excess or shortage.

• Develop production schedules, including shift planning and machine utilization, to maximize productivity and reduce downtime.

• Develop and implement strategies to reduce the environmental impact of production processes, such as waste reduction and energy efficiency.
