Additional Requirements:
- Experienced in construction of Highrise building with single/multiple basements in construction sector.
- Should have good knowledge about the drawings and estimating, capable to prepare BOQ, materials requisition, bill etc. of the project.
- Should have the knowledge to prepare cost analysis of any item related to the project.
Responsibilities & Context:
Evaluate the work progress, prepare intermediate work program so that target schedule can achieved.
Ensure the quality of the works as per the specification.
Ensure HSE Standards during execution of the works.
Any other tasks assign by the Management.
