Educational Requirements:
∎ Valid class 2 inland Driver Certificate issued by the Dept. of Shipping, GOB with at least 4-5 years service as Class 2 Driver of Ship

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organized transportation schedules for trips with guide team leaders.
∎ Inspected and maintained waterline and hydro unit.
∎ Maintained base camp paths and landscaping.
∎ Took part in community life as a vital member.
∎ Cleaned and conducted minor maintenance on boats.
∎ Identified situations where guest were not able to safely take part in an activity and inform supervisor/manager.
∎ Distributed and rented recreation tools to guests and visitors.
∎ Monitored the condition of returned recreation equipment and send for repair when necessary.
∎ Completed requisitions for additional supplies, materials and equipment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Familiarity with boat policy including safety procedures
∎ Ability to operate, drive and guide passenger boats according to regulations
∎ Ability to present information to guests about recreation activities
∎ Ability to instruct guests on boating safety and use of life jackets
∎ Ability to maintain beyond float, ramp and boating material storage areas
