Experience:

• Diploma

• HSC with a recognized Electrical Trade Diploma or Certificate.

• Additional technical training or certification in electrical systems is an advantage.

• At least 3–5 year(s) of practical experience in electrical maintenance and repair.

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge of school or institutional electrical systems preferred.

• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot efficiently.

• Physically fit and able to handle electrical equipment safely.

• Good communication skills in Bangla basic English knowledge is an advantage.

• High sense of responsibility, discipline, and integrity.

• Candidates with experience in English medium or Islamic institutions will be preferred.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment within the school premises.

• Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety standards and regulations.

• Inspect electrical components, troubleshoot faults, and resolve issues promptly.

• Assist in the maintenance of backup generators, UPS systems, and lighting systems.

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance to avoid disruptions in school operations.

• Support administrative staff in setting up electrical arrangements for events and programs.

• Ensure the proper use of electrical tools and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.

• Report and document all maintenance activities and electrical incidents.

• Promote safety awareness and adherence to Islamic values while performing duties.
