Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a Skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in building electrical systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in residential or commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine electrical maintenance and inspections of building systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
Maintain electrical panels, DB boards, generators, UPS, and related equipment.
Ensure proper functioning of lighting systems, pumps, and electrical accessories.
Respond to emergency electrical breakdowns and resolve issues quickly.
Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with electrical regulations.
Maintain maintenance logs and report technical issues to the supervisor.
