Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE)

• Candidates having degree on Diploma Engineering, but acquired B.Sc (Eng) with experience can also apply 

• Academic qualifications can be compromised depending on experience.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Power

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Minimum [3–5] years of experience in designing & offer management Substation projects

• Having job experience in leading Power Engineering & Transformer manufacturing companies will have an edge.

• Additional certification in power systems/substation related cases will be an advantage.

• Hands-on experience in transformer installation, MV & LV switchgear, and protection systems

• Experience in industrial/project-based work will be preferred

• Familiar with IEC/IEEE and NEMA standards

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Context

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer with strong knowledge in Power engineering sector – i.e.  Substation, Switch-gear & Transformer design, installation, testing, and commissioning.

The candidate will be responsible for designing & managing electrical works related to substations and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, installation, and commissioning of electrical substations (33kV / 11kV / 415V or higher if applicable)

• Knowledge regarding substation equipment & products – MV & LV apparatus (Siemens, ABB, Schneider, etc.).

• Prepare Design / SLD, BOQ, cost estimation, and necessary technical documentation.

• Strong knowledge of Engineering drawings, AutoCAD and EPLAN and other Electrical Power engineering software.

• Supervise substation construction, cable laying, panel installation, and testing.

• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems and equipment.

• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.

• Work with protection systems, transformers, switchgear, and control panels.

• Having knowledge on Relays (both Analog & Numerical) & programing will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge on BBT Systems will also be an added advantage.

• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and contractors,

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
