∎ Dhaka Mart Ltd. One of renowned and rapidly grown company in Bangladesh. We are now emphasis our business in ecommerce sector. The eCommerce project incharge is an innovative and data-driven associate that helps develop and lead the digital strategy for dhakamart.com. They collaborate with key internal partners from digital marketing, brand marketing, merchandising and operations to develop goals, processes and roadmaps to help drive measurable business outcomes. They drive new customers into the brand and report on the analytics, business results, and opportunities to grow the business. Acting as the key business point of contact for dhakamart.com on our growing digital team, the eCommerce project incharge will help us transform the way our customers buy goods. This position is the most Senior Label.
∎ Reports to: Managing Director & Authorized Senior Label Employee .

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for whole project management
∎ Acts as key point of contact for the dhakamart.com business
∎ Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly hindsight and insights to help improve business performance for the digital business
∎ In coordination with Sr. Manager and cross-functional digital marketing teams, assists in developing digital marketing calendar, roadmap for growth, reporting and hindsight
∎ Responsible for leading and developing dotted-line team members who contribute to the dhakamart.com Business
∎ Oversees content development for dhakamart.com in partnership with creative team
∎ Assist in developing campaign plans to support product launches, promos, and evergreen timeframes to meet traffic and revenue goals
∎ Help drive channel mix strategy and achieve revenue, traffic and ROAS goals
∎ Responsible for the execution, campaign management, and analysis of acquisition channels including: Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates and Display
∎ Responsible for strategic oversight and assistance with Email and SMS programs
∎ Partner with shared services teams as needed (IT, Product/Project Development, Customer Insights) in order to accomplish integration and technology goals
∎ Develop briefs rooted in historical learning's and current trends to meet key business goals
∎ Collaborate with key internal partners from eCommerce, marketing, merchandising and operations
∎ Track monthly budget targets with agency partners
∎ Bring in new ideas, new initiatives, and new processes (including creative best practices) to positively impact the business
∎ Assist in rolling out new testing/learning strategies for the performance marketing program
∎ Provide performance goals, measurement, and actionable insights around digital channel performance
∎ Prepare and present analyses, clearly communicating key takeaways and opportunities for improvement
∎ Keep an eye on the market for emerging channels, trends and new testing opportunities in the digital space

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to clearly execute key marketing plans in a timely manner to support key digital initiatives
∎ Develop and execute A/B testing roadmap across key channels
∎ Ability to analyze data, interpret and summarize findings into actionable conclusions
∎ Must have experience handling large budgets
∎ Must be a team player, exhibiting strong communication skills, positivity and flexibility
∎ Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills, attention to detail and accuracy
∎ Data-driven and analytical with the ability to find trends within the performance data
∎ Strong project management - ability to oversee deliverables across multiple channels and effectively communicate timelines and strategies with cross-functional partners
∎ Thorough and detail-oriented; able to juggle multiple priorities to hit deadlines and achieve business goals
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Ability to effectively collaborate and build strong partnerships
∎ Highly Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and other related tools.
