• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for e-commerce sales teams.
• Train staff on effective online sales techniques, customer service, and digital communication.
• Educate team members on using online platforms for order management and customer interaction.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new joiners in the e-commerce department.
• Monitor sales team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align training content with company goals.
• Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and strategies to update training modules accordingly.
• Conduct regular assessments and skill evaluations of sales team members.
• Organize workshops and refresher training sessions to boost performance and motivation.
• Ensure product knowledge training is delivered effectively for newly launched or featured items.
• Assist in setting KPIs for the sales team and guide them to achieve sales targets.
