Responsibilities & Context:
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to meet business targets.
- Set monthly and yearly sales goals for e-commerce platforms.
Team Supervision
- Lead and manage the e-commerce sales team.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
Campaign & Promotion Execution
- Coordinate with marketing for ad creatives and schedules.
Customer Experience
- Ensure smooth order processing, shipping, and return handling.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, ratings, and queries.
Market Research & Analysis
- Analyze competitor activities and pricing.
- Monitor customer behavior and market trends to improve product positioning.
Sales Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Use analytics tools to track sales performance and conversion rates.
Coordination
- Work closely with warehouse, inventory and others departments.
- Ensure timely delivery and accurate billing.
