Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Experienced E Commerce Manager (Amazon Seller Central / Walmart Seller Center). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in these areas, particularly within e-commerce environments.
∎ Ideal Candidate should be able to perform following task in an expert level (A-Z) Management of all 3 Stores involving the following:
∎ - [ ] Market Research
∎ - [ ] Competitors Analysis
∎ - [ ] Product Research (BOTH AMAZON (FBA/ FBA Private Labeling /FBM) & WALMART (WFS/ Private Labeling/ FBM, even for Dropshipping and Online Arbitrage)
∎ - [ ] Product Sourcing
∎ - [ ] Product Description
∎ - [ ] Product Listing Optimization
∎ - [ ] Inventory Management
∎ - [ ] Order Processing
∎ - [ ] Order Fulfillment
∎ - [ ] Customer Service - Handle customer service inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction
∎ - [ ] Sourcing & Managing Shipping Labels
∎ Collaborate on strategy development based on research findings
∎ Requirements:
∎ - Proven experience in market research, competitor analysis, and product research
∎ - Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
∎ - Excellent communication and customer service skills
∎ - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
∎ - Familiarity with tools relevant for each stores highly desirable: Helium10, Keepa, JungleScout etc.
