Job Responsibilities:
∎ Observe and manage the sales, promotions, marketing and social media campaigns over digital platforms.
∎ Ensure the fulfillment of customers' orders via delivery service with appropriate packaging and returns of customer orders.
∎ Identify potential strategic business partnerships and implement new business collaboration plans.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality performance.
∎ Manage and evaluate the e-commerce operations and processes.
∎ Develop and implement a roadmap for the online store.
∎ Manage company cash flow and ensure proper accounting documents
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
∎ Fluent in English, Excellent communication skill, Good leadership and People management skills
∎ Experience in E-Commerce sales and a comprehensive understanding of the logistics systems
∎ Residents from Banasree, Rampura, Aftabnagar will get preference
Salary: Negotiable
