Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and increase online sales for the ecommerce platform.
∎ Identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform business development initiatives.
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential target markets, customer segments, and product opportunities.
∎ Create and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to attract and retain customers.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product management, and operations to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business development plans.
∎ Analyze ecommerce performance metrics, such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and revenue, and propose data-driven strategies to optimize performance.
∎ Identify partnership opportunities with vendors, suppliers, or third-party platforms to expand product offerings and enhance customer experience.
∎ Monitor and analyze competitor activities, industry trends, and customer feedback to identify potential areas of improvement and stay ahead of the market.
∎ Stay updated on the latest ecommerce technologies, platforms, and industry best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness.
∎ Provide regular reports and updates to management on key performance indicators, business development activities, and progress towards goals.
∎ Collaborate with web development and design teams to enhance user experience and ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and explore opportunities for customer retention and upselling.
∎ Stay informed about legal and regulatory requirements related to ecommerce operations and ensure compliance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
∎ Proven experience in ecommerce business development, online sales, or a related role.
∎ Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, technologies, and online marketing strategies.
∎ Solid knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, and customer behavior in the ecommerce industry.
∎ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and achieving targets.
∎ Familiarity with web analytics tools, CRM systems, and ecommerce software.
∎ Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
